Assam fish head has been recommended by several Singaporean bloggers.
The snapper fish is absolutely fresh, picked everyday at the market.
The fish is super tender, complemented by slightly spicy and sour Assam blend gravy.
While it is served, the fish, along with tomato, eggplants, and gumbo, gives out fragrant scents in the iron steam pot.

While bit off the hard shell (actually the shell has already been broken openly), the meat inside is tender and soft
All crabs are imported from Sri Lanka
One single crab usually weighs more than 1 kilo
full meat in the shell with no vacancy!
Surrounded by fire, tender pork ribs is served in aluminum foil
for the purpose to maintain the juiciness of the rib!
