Ziweitang Restaurant serves traditional soup, Hunan-Sichuan dishes and MaLa-style hot pot. With new dishes ntroduced every month, it ensures the dishesare appetizing and with lingering taste for every visit!
Our soup is simmered in charcoal fired, large ceramic jars. Soup pots areplaced one metre radius in the jar, using natural water as base material and simmered slowly for 8 hours or more, to derive rich aromatic tonic soup.
Our Hunan-Sichuan is home cooked stir fried, retaining unique and authentic flavours.Our MaLa-style hot pot, uses specially selected materials and prepared just-in-time to ensure freshness always."
